A Simple Mushroom

1. Cut the end of a mouli/daiken radish into a cone shape. This will be the top of the mushroom.

2. Cut the cone shape from the rest of the radish.

3. Scoop out the inside of the cone shape to make the head of the mushroom.

4. Chop a straight piece from a carrot or the radish you just used for the head of the mushroom.

5. Carve the straight piece into a cylinder shape. This is the stalk of the mushroom. Place the head on the stalk.

6. The finished mushroom - simple but decorative.
