The Kiriboon Flower Chilli

How to choose chillies for carving

1. Cut a triangular slice from the skin of the chilli near the bottom of the chilli about 1 cm long.

2. Cut another triangular slice from the skin of the chilli next to the first slice.

3. Cut triangular slices from the skin of the chilli all the way around near the bottom of the chilli.

4. Cut the next triangular slice in between and above two of the slices below.

5. Continue this around the chilli

6. Continue cutting slices in this manner all the way to the top of the chilli.

7. Put the chilli in very cold water and watch the slices curl.

8. The finished carved chilli that looks like a Kiriboon flower.
