A Simple Mushroom
| 1. Cut the end of a mouli/daiken radish into a cone shape. This will be the top of the mushroom. |

| 2. Cut the cone shape from the rest of the radish. |
|
| 3. Scoop out the inside of the cone shape to make the head of the mushroom. |
|
| 4. Chop a straight piece from a carrot or the radish you just used for the head of the mushroom. |
|
| 5. Carve the straight piece into a cylinder shape. This is the stalk of the mushroom. Place the head on the stalk. |
|
| 6. The finished mushroom - simple but decorative. |
